Software Supply

We can supply and install software from all the major manufacturers.  Though we have partnership agreements in place with some key manufacturers (such as Microsoft) to enable us to provide a better level of service to our customers, we are not tied in any way to any manufacturer and always aim to offer an unbiased solutions which is best suited to each individual requirement.

Over many years in the IT business, we have built up good relationships with suppliers of goods and services in similar fields, such as office fitment, office furniture supply, cabling and provision of telephone systems. 

These are all people we trust to do a good job for you - and do it at a competitive price without attempting unnecessary "up-sells" or other flannelling that so many suppliers seem to try to take advantage of charities with.

We are not unduly swayed by marketing hype from the major manufacturers. We don’t rush to recommend the latest must-have gadget simply because it’s the latest new thing. We won’t recommend or sell you anything you don’t need. And, though we can provide almost anything you need for your IT network, we don't insist that you buy from us - if you are happy with your existing suppliers, we can just give you a list of what you need and simply install and configure the new hardware and software when it arrives. We are happy to work in whatever way suits you best.

Working Your way

Whether you have your own IT staff or not, we will work with you, giving you all the help you need to get - and maintain - the computer network that works best for you and your organisation.

We will work with you in the way that suits you best - either on a day-by-day, problem-by-problem consultancy basis where you call us in for a specific task, or on a regular support contract basis where we are on the end of the phone when you need us and (if you wish) we will visit you regularly to check things are working, perform necessary updates and fix minor issues.

However you want to work, whether you want to see us once a day, once a week or once in a blue moon, we can work in which ever way works best for you, your needs and your budget.
